State assistance for the unemployed in Denmark in the early 20th century

The study focuses on the problem of state support for the unemployed in Denmark in the early 20th century. It studies the development of Danish social welfare legislation and major aspects of the projects of the early twentieth century. The main points of the early 20th century projects are examined. The contents of the Unemployment Insurance Fund Act of 1907 and the Work Placement (Community Labor Offices) Act of 1913, which formed the legal basis for the state's support of the unemployed in Denmark during this period, are described. The 1907 Act regulated the procedure for providing assistance to the unemployed. The Employment (Community Labor Offices) Provision Act 1913 supplemented the 1907 Act. The article mentions issues discussed at the first congress of the administration of the cashier's office. The article focuses on the peculiarities of Danish legislation in this area.
