State support for business in the context of coronavirus in EAEU

Government support is necessary for the development and functioning of business in difficult conditions. This article highlights the main business support institutions in the EAEU countries. The latest measures to combat the coronavirus to help businesses were reviewed. Among the most significant measures, we can highlight, for example, the development of an" anti-covid" plan for the EAEU member states - a set of measures in the field of health and sanitary-epidemiological well-being to combat coronavirus. The elimination of some discriminatory measures, remote conduct of pharmaceutical inspections are considered. In the course of the analysis, we came to the conclusion that antitrust regulation is softened by switching to soft regulation, i.e. to preventive and explanatory work. The analysis of the dynamics of mutual trade of the EAEU countries in 2019-2020 was carried out, for example, mutual trade in goods of Russia and Kazakhstan for 2020 decreased by 4.6% compared to 2019. A new impetus for business development will be provided by soft loans with a rate of 3% not only for small and medium-sized businesses, but also for large businesses.
