State support as a tool for agriculture development

In the era of digitalization Russian agriculture is undergoing dramatic changes. It cannot be said that before the adoption of the departmental project "Digital Agriculture" there were no attempts to move from traditional planning and management methods to models based on information technology. Thus, in 1972 there were attempts to create an automated control system of the Ministry of Agriculture, in the mid-1980s the first personal computers, the Internet and network technologies appeared. Modern digital technologies should give a new round of development to agriculture, and the state policy of supporting agricultural producers plays an important role in it. To solve problems in this area, the government develops and approves target-oriented programs. In the article we have considered the results of economic activity of agricultural producers taking into account the amounts of state support received.
