State support of small business in Russia

The article examines ways to support small businesses by the state in the Russian Federation and it`s role in the development of this segment. Several directions of development have been singled out: state and municipal guarantees, subventions and subsidies, special taxation regime, budgetary credits, loans, loans. The most detailed question is about the dynamics of lending to small businesses by commercial banks. In conclusion, ways are proposed for increasing the role of the state in the development of small business in Russia.
