The state support of official financial industrial in Russia between 1993 and 2007

This article examines the Russian government's policy in the field of support of the official financial industrial groups (FIG) between 1993 and 2007 and analyzes the legislation intended to support their formation. The subject of the article is topical in the contemporary science because during the period of free-market economic reforms the government's policy in the field of support of large-scale industries plays the major role in the formation of the new national economic structure. The objective of this paper is to retrace the process of legislation development in the field of FIG support. The novelty of the research is based on the fact that the author distinguishes the certain periods in the development of the legislation basis for FIG operation and analyzes the forms of the state support of FIG.
