State support of student initiatives

The article discusses the support of student initiatives by the state, which is implemented in the form of programs and competitions. Thanks to the published dynamics of the coverage of youth participation in projects, it is possible to assess the effectiveness of these programs. Participation in programs and projects can affect the level of migration sentiment both positively and negatively. The following directions of the state youth policy are reflected: promotion of employment, involvement of young people in volunteer, scientific, innovative and entrepreneurial activities, in a healthy lifestyle and in the work of mass media. These directions contribute to the development of creative, innovative and entrepreneurial potential among young people. The programs of state support of student initiatives at the level of the federation, the region and educational institutions were also considered. The following programs and competitions were considered at the federal level: «Rosmolodezh.Grants», «Your move», «UMNIK», «Student startup», «All-Russian program for the development of youth entrepreneurship» and «Youth business in Russia». At the regional level - the competition «I see. I can. I do» and the program «You are an entrepreneur». At the level of educational institutions of the Perm Region - the event «School of Science», the festival «Student concert and theater Spring» and the program «Accelerator of Perm Polytechnic University».
