State support of rural territories sustainable development

In this article authors presented the theoretical analysis of problems of the current state of rural territories sustainable development in interrelation with the existing financial state support of agricultural producers and also non-material mechanisms of development. Authors also considered financial results of implementation of the State target program «Sustainable Development of Rural Territories for 2014-2017 and until 2020», and their influence on stability of development and they offered the concept of use of the mechanism of the agricultural direct investment fund (ADIF) within the analysis.
