State policy and state programs as a tool for its implementation in the field of sports education and mass sports (on the example of the Lipetsk region)

This work is devoted to the analysis of state programs as a mechanism for implementing state policy in the social sphere in an increasingly complex economic system. The authors analyze the implementation of the state program of the Lipetsk region "Development of physical culture and sports in the Lipetsk region".
