The article identifies the risks of modern industrial policy in industrially developed Russian regions. They are considered in the context of industrial digitalization and expansion of network interaction of industrially developed Russian regions with Belarus. The issues of removing barriers in the production of industrial products to increase trade turnover between them were also considered.
