State policy of the Kingdom of Spain in combating drug crime

The object of the study in the preparation of this scientific article, were social relations in the field of combating drug crime in Spain. The subject of the study was the analysis of the state policy of Spain in the fight against drugs. To this end, the author analyzed the positive experience of Spain in the development of common approaches to combating crime in the field of drug trafficking. The methodological basis of the article was made by modern achievements in the sphere of counteraction of drug crime. The author used a set of such general scientific methods as comparison, analysis, synthesis, as well as formal-logical, comparative-legal and other particular scientific methods, including historical. In the course of the study, the author analyzes the dominant trends in the situation with drug use in Spain. The article analyzes the main achievements of the practical implementation of the state policy of Spain in the field of combating drug crime. Set out the basic directions of the national strategy for the fight against drug addiction in Spain. The peculiarities of international cooperation in the field of combating drug crime are revealed. The terms of reference of the bodies engaged in the state drug control strategy are considered. The scientific novelty of the study is determined by a systematic analysis of the features of the national strategy of Spain in the field of combating drug trafficking. The novelty is also distinguished by the information obtained as a result of the study, which is of interest for the further development of scientific research and improvement of counteraction to drug crime. Practical significance: it is that the data of the study can be used in the preparation of information and analytical materials, building a system of organizational and managerial work to combat drug crime in the Russian Federation.
