State policy in the sphere of reforming of the Russian Federation banking system

In the article theoretical and practical aspects, the condition of discussion and the logic of the state policy of reforming the Russian Federation banking system have been presented. The analysis of problems of effective state policy implementation concerning the reform of the Russian Federation banking system is carried out and modernization strategy in the sphere of banking system reforming that is also directed at current legislation improvement is substantiated.
