State regional policy in the Republic of Belarus: implementation methodology

The methodological aspects of the implementation of regional policy as a political course of the Republic of Belarus are disclosed. A triad of methods of factor, institutional, empirical analysis of the problematic is undertaken. A generative model of regional policy as a factor of quality of life by means of integrated management of regional development is proposed. The principles and components of regional policy in ensuring the competitiveness of the national economy are formulated. The directions of implementation of state regional policy in the context of challenges and threats are outlined.
