The state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with it: the value of the rights arising in some intervals

The article analyzes the legal nature of the registration activities of institutions, which, according to the Federal Law «On state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with it» is not included in the registration authorities. It is found that the practice of charging fees for registration before any rights to immovable property is illegal. In the author’s opinion, to address the legal implications of the rights necessary to adopt an appropriate instrument’s highest court, which would have given an unambiguous interpretation of the rule of law on this issue, as well as an introduction to the laws of the relevant special legal norm.
