State employment service of Ukraine: the strategy of innovative development

The article analyzes the labor market processes in Ukraine and the role of the State Employment Service in promoting employment. Emphasize is placed on a special role in the financial support of measures of active employment policy and social protection of unemployed of insurance Fund for unemployment. The content exposes providing modern technology services to the public and employers by employment centers. Much attention is paid to such forms and methods of public service employment to overcome the imbalances in the professional labor market as vocational guidance and vocational training; development of their own centers of vocational adult education. Particular emphasis is placed on the need to develop human capital, competitive labor force in the context of globalization.
