Public-private partnership in housing and communal services

This article examines the housing and utilities sector, identifies the problems that hinder the effective implementation of activities. Housing and communal services are one of the basic sectors of the Russian economy, which provides the population with vital services, and industry with services to maintain the necessary engineering infrastructure. The current problems in this area of the country's life support are largely due to the crisis state of the housing and communal services. It is the institution of public-private partnership that is able to solve problems in this area by concluding concession agreements.
