State-private partnership and prospects for its use in the social sphere at the modern stage of the russian federation development

The article discusses modern approaches to the organization of interaction between the state and the private sector in solving social development problems. The authors showed the benefits of using the mechanism of public-private partnership in this area. The problems associated with the insufficient use of its potential were also highlighted. According to the authors, these problems are organizational and legal.
