State-private partnership and institutional behavior development

In modern conditions, there is an expansion of the practice of interaction between the state and business in solving socially significant economic problems. This is reflected in the development of the institution of public-private partnership (PPP). Its need is especially acute in the implementation of infrastructure development projects. The effective implementation of PPP projects requires a favorable institutional environment. The article discusses its structure and distinguishing features. The author gives recommendations on the development of the institutional environment of public-private partnership.
