Public-private partnership in public administration

The article is devoted to the role and importance of publicprivate partnership instruments in public administration. The authors of the article show and justify the reasons for such importance of public-private partnership. The article identifies the problem of imperfection of legislation in this area and defective legal definition of this concept. The authors of the article give their author’s interpretations and present their author’s concept of publicprivate partnership, according to which, a public-private partnership contract is an interoperable and multimodal contractual-regulatory and design tool, scalable and iteratively adaptable to the specific goals and conditions of the project, resource capabilities of the PPP parties. The article outlines possible resource contributions of different partners within the framework of publicprivate partnership.
