Public and private partnership in the field of operational and investigative activities

The article considers the model of cooperation of individuals with law enforcement authorities in the Russian Federation in the context of cooperation in investigative activities. The article shows advantages and disadvantages of this model. It proposes the steps to improve the legal regulation framework for the Institution.
