State-private partnership in the sphere of tourism in Russia: state and features

The article sets out the trends in the development of public-private partnerships in the field of tourism in Russia in the context of changes in its regulatory framework and the impact of federal and regional tourism development programs. The results of the analysis of five forms of implementation of public-private partnerships in Russia by their key elements, as well as the distribution of public-private, municipal-private partnership projects by federal districts, by objects and forms by quantity and cost indicators are presented. It has been proved that regional practices vary significantly in terms of tourist facilities and the forms of implementation of PPP and MPP. Priorities for investment objects in the framework of PPP are determined. A qualitative assessment of the prevalence of types of business models of PPP in the field of tourism was made.
