Public private partnership in health care as a mechanism of increase national security level

This paper studies the prospects of using the public-private partnership mechanism in the process of developing the healthcare sector at the regional level (based on the materials of the Magadan Region). The necessity of increasing the role of healthcare in the system of strengthening the national security of the state is substantiated. The budgetary and economic efficiency of the selected financial model is assessed. The results of the study are proposed for use in the process of developing and implementing a regional policy in the field of national security, developing healthcare infrastructure based on the use ofpublic-private partnership tools.
