The article discusses the main goals and priorities of the Concept of development of Russia until 2020. The main guidelines and goals of regional development strategies during the crisis are considered on the example of the development Strategy of the Krasnodar territory for the period up to 2020. The priorities of the development Strategy of the Krasnodar territory are highlighted. The article defines approaches to ensuring sustainable development of the region and its competitiveness - the development of public-private partnership. The article considers the social responsibility of business and the need to take it into account when evaluating the effectiveness of business structures management in the framework of public-private partnership.
