State and patriotic ideology as a platform of Russian patriotism

The author justifies the urgency of the problem of patriotism at the present stage in Russia. He reveals the concept of state and patriotic ideology and highlights its features. He understands this system as the relationship between civic and public values embodied in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and its appeal to the patriotic consciousness of Russians.
