State-legal guarantees of the right of inheritance

The article considers the concept and content of the right of inheritance, the correlation of constitutional guarantees and state-legal guarantees, the meaning, list and content of state-legal guarantees of the right of inheritance in the Russian Federation, which include various laws and mechanisms (including constitutional ones) that the state uses to ensure the fulfilment of its obligations to citizens within the framework of inheritance law.
