State and municipal management in the Russian Federation: problems and prospects of its development

In modern conditions, when organs of state and municipal management in the formation and development of civil society play an important role, the question arises about the necessity of introduction of modern technologies of state and municipal management as a basic condition for enhancing its effectiveness. The article discusses issues related to the challenges and state of functioning of system of state and municipal management at the present stage of development of Russia are also considered directions and ways of improvement in this area.
