State regulation of financial sphere in post-crisis economy of Russia

The urgent problems in reforming financial sphere of Russian and world economy are analyzed in this article. The authur shows two approaches to participation in the financial sphere - state and liberal - that differ in the interpretation of capitalization, bonuses, innovations and economic stimulus in the development of the financial sphere.
