State regulation and control in the sphere of handling household and stray animals

This article is aimed at highlighting the problem in the field of treatment of pet owners and their pets, as well as in the field of state control over stray (homeless) animals living in settlements, and their impact on the natural ecosystem. The article will touch upon the activities of veterinary clinics and shelters for homeless animals as the main measures for state regulation in the above areas.
