State regulation and management of innovative activity in the construction industry

When managing innovative activities at construction enterprises, creation of favorable conditions for the existence and development of intellectual property objects is identified as the most important method of regulation. It is achieved through the cooperation of construction companies and educational institutions, as well as in the process of creating integrated structures.
