State regulation of innovation processes

In the Russian Federation, it is necessary to create an effective innovative mechanism capable of ensuring the non-resource development of the state. For this purpose, the goal of the state policy in the field of science and technology should be the transition to an innovative way of development of the country based on the selected priorities. Priorities should be determined by global trends in the development of science and technology and based on the achievements available in Russia in the scientific, technical and educational spheres. The formation of the national innovation system is the most important task, an integral part of the economic policy of the state.
