State regulation of investment funds in the Russian Federation

Development of regions is impossible without investment component. Creation of investment funds at the level of the state and certain territories depends on direct and indirect state regulation. Public-private partnership as a form of participation in investment activity it is very perspective, but insufficiently settled from the point of view of the legislation. Not all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation have such structure as regional investment fund.
