State regulation of municipal consumer markets in the Chelyabinsk region

The aim of the article is the study of methods of regulatory impact regional authorities with the aim of improving and developing consumer markets in the municipalities and areas. The article considers municipal regulation of consumer markets with consideration of the peculiarities of the Federal system of government. There was conducted the analysis of consumer market development and agribusiness in the region. An algorithm for the regulation of municipal consumer markets is proposed. Some statements and some conclusions of the article are applicable in the formation of target programs on improvement of consumer markets territories.
