State regulation subsoil use in the Sverdlovsk region

The article discusses the state management of subsoil use and the organizational and legal basis for the regulation of subsoil use in the Russian Federation, presents an analysis of the activities of state authorities of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the field of regulation of subsoil use using the example of the Sverdlovsk region.
