Governmental regulation of agricultural production allocation (by the example of sugar beet production)

Some issues on allocation in the agricultural production in the context of the Russia’s entry into the World Trade Organization are treated in this paper. Measures aimed at widening of the governmental participation to expand indirect measures for offer stimulation are proposed herein that are not in conflict with the current norms and regulations of agreements within the WTO framework.
