The article discusses the features of state regulation of the development of the tourist and recreational complex of the Krasnodar Territory, its goals and tools. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that the tourist and recreational complex of the Krasnodar Territory is a rapidly developing industry that requires constant improvement of legislative acts in the field of tourism regulation, as well as monitoring of related legislation affecting the state of the industry
