State regulation of the sphere of social services in Khanty-Mansiysk

The article deals with the state regulation of the sphere of social services in the Russian Federation and in the private case in Khanty-Mansiysk, as well as the problems of the functioning of the system of public administration of social services and proposed the main measures for solving problems. The purpose of the work is to identify the problems in the functioning of the social services sector both for the Russian Federation as a whole and for the city of Khanty-Mansiysk and to propose solutions.
