State regulation of tariffs (prices) for utilities in the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district - Yugra

Branch of housing and communal services (hereinafter - HCS) is one of the economic institutions of any state. The development of the industry, its full functioning with the subsequent provision of quality public services to the population is not conceivable without tariff (price) regulation, as the end result of the implementation of public services to consumers is the receipt by the organizations of the municipal complex of income and profit, which can later be aimed at improving the objects of public infrastructure of organizations with the subsequent improvement of the quality of public services. In this connection, the article discusses the state regulation of the cost of public services in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra.
