State regulation of foreign economic activity of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Armenia

The article presents the former and current state support programs to promote foreign economic activity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in the Republic of Armenia. Analyzing the measures taken by the government to support SMEs to enter foreign markets, the main problems faced by the Armenian entrepreneurs are revealed and a package of measures is proposed to address these problems.
