State participation in the development of social entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of state participation in social business in the Russian Federation. The author examines the legal foundations, support mechanisms and management tools used by the state to create conditions for the successful operation of social entrepreneurs. The problems existing in the management system are considered and ways of their solution are proposed.
