Governance growing innovative companies

The paper focuses on the functional specifics of growth companies. We consider the phenomenon of fast-growing companies in Russia and abroad, presents the results of a comparative analysis of the characteristics of high-growth companies in a variety of developed economies. Identify problems that restrict the activities of growing companies. It was concluded, that to identify potential high-growth companies and elimination of the existing problems is necessary to the functioning of public administration. Studied directions of state support of fast-growing innovative companies in Russia and in the countries with developed economies.
