State management in the sphere of education in the Republic of Buryatia

The relevance of the research is determined by the fact the progress stage of education system in the Republic of Buryatia, which makes high demands on the quality of modern education. Thus, it is nec-essary to carry out development of theoretically justified measures to ensure the effectiveness of educa-tion in Russia. Modernization of the education system involves transformations in the field of general ed-ucation related to the optimization of the educational process, change to a 5-day school week, one-time training, etc. In the process of the changes that are taking place, it became necessary to update not only the knowledge of specialists of public organizations, but also the management of the entire system of gen-eral education. The need to manage the education system as a part of the social system requires a change in its targets, which are associated with ensuring the social function of education. Currently a great number of humanitarian researchers have devoted their works to the study of public administration in the education system (in the field of Public Administration, Social Studies, Polit-ical Studies, etc.). The authors of the article explore the peculiarities of state regulation in the education system and suggest the introduction of the technical education of children as a promising direction in the develop-ment of public administration of education.
