The role of state government in foreign trade activitie

The process of administrative reformation in Russia in connection with intensification of foreign economic relations affected the system of administration of foreign trade activities. The Russian Federation state apparatus, excutive organs of general and special jurisdiction take an active part in administering economic activites in accordance with their functions at the Federal level. The State and international organizations take a special place in this sphere of activities, the basic of which is the conventional principles and norms of international law.
