Public administration of housing and communal services: financial issues (on the example of the Orenburg region)

The regulation of housing relations is quite complex. Housing reform, the emergence of the housing market has largely changed the administrative and command management methods in the housing sector to market-based forms of management and development. The article defines the state, problems and main directions of improvement of the housing sector of the Orenburg region.
