The white movement statehood: from the history of research

The article analyzes the books by modern historian V.Zh. Tsvetkov in the context of the Russian historiography of the White movement statehood. It is noted that the books are based on a large array of published and archival sources. It is shown that their content is a logical and detailed analysis of the creation and evolution of the White military dictatorships' administrative apparatus during the Russian Civil war. The author makes a conclusion about a high scientifc level of the books by V.Zh. Tsvetkov and his substantial contribution to the study of the history of Russian statehood.
