State and legal aspects of participation of political parties in elections

Abstract in Russian: The article is devoted to the problem of the state and legal aspects of the participation of political parties in elections. In the course of the study of this problem, a survey of the population was carried out to determine the attitude of the population towards elections and attitude to political parties. The history of elections in the Russian Federation is disclosed. The role of political parties for the life of society has been determined.
