State languages of republics and their legal status

Items of the status of state languages of the republics of the Russian Federation are investigated from the point of view of constitutional and legal position. Specific attention is paid to the problems of legal regulation of the usage of republican state languages in official spheres of communication: while applying to state power bodies, in legal proceedings, while carrying elections, referendum, in educational process as well as while translating normative and legal acts into state languages of the Russian Federation constituent entities.
