The article discusses the features of corporate governance in state corporations and the prerequisites for their creation in Russia. A comparative analysis of corporate governance models in public and private corporations is carried out. The possible advantages and risks of a state corporation from the point of view of solving problems of state policy are determined. The results can be used in further research on this topic.
