State symbols of Russia: the story continues

The state symbols of the Russian Federation have undergone many changes. One might think that now we can talk about the completion of the long-term evolution of the state symbols of Russia, but observations of their use make us think that the continuation follows. The article gives an example of supplementing the Russian flag with the name of a constituent body of the Russian Federation or a settlement, and sooner or later this issue will require a legislative solution. In our opinion, it can be found if we correctly understand the foundations, the composition and the scale of our Federation.
