State (financial) control as a tool for management functions of the state

This article discusses the most important function in public administration - financial control. The concepts, types and functions of financial control are also described. The article identifies the increasing role of financial control in the activities of the state, in connection with the enormous infusion of budget funds into the country's economy in the framework of national projects. A study was conducted to improve the effectiveness of financial control as a function of public administration to achieve the goals of the state.
