State interest

A concept of «interest» was known since ancient times. Interest is a public phenomenon and constitutes a combination of objective and subjective elements. Interest directs attention and activity of the subject, and also induces to activity, while becoming a driving force for the social development. Because the state interest is caused by a nature of the subject, one can determine its specific features: sovereignty, publicity, and unity Thus, the state interest can be said to be a realized necessity of a common goal achievement - a value of a «state» level of a social development.
