State control and the legal administrative regulation in the energy sector

Objective: To review the basic guidelines of improvement the legal administrative regulation in the energy sector at the present stage, to allocate economic and legal concept of energy development and energy legislation in the field of state control and regulation of relations in the energy sector. Conclusions: The aspects of control and energy management by the state and self-regulatory mechanisms of the market are considered, it allowed the authors to conclude that the regulation of the energy market players is a special kind of state regulation of the economy. Originality: The author noted feature of the system of legal administrative regulation, confirming the complex nature of the rules regulating the energy sector.
